A recent panel of intelligent world people has declared the US innocent of the 100,000 deaths to Iraqi civilians. "The US came to Iraq because of Saddam, so it's more logical to attribute the initial deaths to him. As a leader, it was his job to ensure the saftey of his people, either by healthcare, political strategy or other. Like Hitler before him, he faild at this." The member of the panel, a famed scientist added "Were it not for Saddam the US would not be there. Were it not for the terrorists, there wouldn't be any civilian deaths at all. the terrorists are clearly responsible for those deaths."

Harvard professor laura Ingels Wilder hasted to add "the deaths of the american troops are on the hands of dictators, terrorists, and those who sit idly by when democratic revolution calls them."

The Conference took place on December 9, 2004 at the German History museum in Berlin. Other evening higlights included a history of atrocities that were ten times worse than abu graib, such as Saddam Husseins gassing of the Kurds, Saddam Husseins occupation of Kuwait (with help from Palestine), and Saddam Hussein in general.

Absent from the proceeding were France, Canada, and Russia who, it is reported, are in the process of sending soldiers to Sudan and in the cas of France, to Iraq to help the americans bring peace. Says French president jaques Chirac "We just want to show the iraqi people that we see them as people, not fodder to smear America".
