need help starting qigong

i want to learn the art of kung fu. the first thing i would like to learn is qigong. can anyone help me start this goal.

Don't try to learn it on your own from books or tapes just find a good teacher first .Once you check a out a couple ask other M.A. what they think about the teacher.
