View Full Version : Do you videotape yourself sparring?

I think it would be a good idea. You could see problems you might miss when you're actually sparring because you're getting to see yourself, and then if you pulled off anything cool you'd get to see it and it would be an ego boost. :D

Im getting a camera for x-mas which I plan to film myself sparring/form training. It will help me see what I do wrong when I work on my own. Plus, I can show it off online :D

Your instructor and training partners should do that for you too, though.
