The site does not explain much of the content and what not.
What is this method of healing? What are the ten coordinations for Mantis?

I have spoken to Shifu Cimino in person and he's a pretty reasonable guy. He could probably give you more info than trying to get in touch with Mr. Shyun.

three harmonies, the medical books are based on TCM but touch on certain medicinal practices that are usually not taught to open door students. They do offer so great information but are not a detailed reference for learning, more for understanding.

The 10 body coordination book is a explanation and demonstration of the 1st and 5th training on our system. The 1st level or yellow sash teaches the body hand eye coordination, posture, chamber, correct positiion and basically how to prepare you to move like a martial artist. This is touched upon again in the 5th level or 1st silver where you use the coordinations and apply them to 2 person drills and learn the fighting aspects in a application situation. They are basic and more geared towards the beginner but you may find some usfullness out of them.
