In terms of presents, it's not that great - but it gives me a great pick-up, at least for one night :)

As for my miserable condition . . . hell, I don't know. I tend naturally to such a state this time of year. Perhaps I feel I've wasted so much time being injured or what have you, and not enough time actually out living a good life. Of course, it's the beginning of the year now. Another chance to make 365 good days.

Indeed. This is my last week out of the gym/karate. I hyperextended my elbow doing staff work, and it didn't get better on it's own. So, took time off. Plus, have a lingering chest cold (or something) that just won't die.

Physical therapy via TheraBands is kicking ass. My chest is nigh clear, and I'm employed at a good job.

No complaints.
