I sucked too :D but last night for some reason it just clicked. I've always been able to do Au de Cabeza from the beginning but role was killing me for some reason.

faaaaaack... good luck I cracked my head so many times on that. You know when you hit the ground so hard you get that metallic taste in your mouth? That's what I think about when the word "mortal" comes around. LOL

lol! I have too!

that and I want to do the handstand type thing where you lean way back on your hands. It looks really cool but I gotta work hard to get to that point. If I can do that I will consider myself in capoeira shape! LOL
