I just finished reading Pavel's Super-Joints book. One thing bothers me though. I didn't quite understand the cossack exercise due to the bad explanation that didn't match the pictures.
So could someone help me out here. I understood the part about squatting down on one side, but got lost when the hip twisting started. The cossack for dummies, please :)
