This stuff happens all the time. Remember the dicks in the original Little Mermaid movie poster? Disney is an easy target.

I have heard that it is rampant at Disney because apparently when you work for them (obviously) they have all the rights to your work and may or may not get credit for it. Someone might know more details of this, but basically this stuff happens bc it's the animator sticking it to Disney.

Actually, there's a page at snopes about that and they say that's not really what he says.
