I know this is not the qigong board but I value my brothers opionons on this board than any other.
I was wondering if anyone one of you has heard of the 24 small season qigong?
I am in the middle of translating it with my shrfu Yen Chu Feng. She has explianed that is about 2,600 years old and many many years ago very famous in china.
I plan on publishing it by the end of the year, but was wondering if anyone had hear of the excercise?
I cannot seem to find any current info on or about it. thanks so much
