Shang wu farm is located on 11 acres of picturesque land with ponds majestic oaks and grazing horses, located just east of Tampa in plant city. Our goal is to provide a place of natural beauty to immerse your self in the practice of Taiji, kung fu & Zen meditation.
Shang wu farm offers group & private training workshops, live in intensive training, and retreat facilities, all dedicated to the love of the arts. camping is available ( great food)
Seminar will cover Silk reeling, Taiji body dynamics & Yi Lu.

In brief Master Hong was Chen Fa Ke’s longest studying student, Master Hong stayed with CFK for over 15 years and embodied the essence of this system.
We hope that this workshop will give those interested in coming to the spring festival to train with masters Li Enjiu & Chen Zhonghua a chance to get a head start .
