I was wondering if any of you could help me,

Does anyone know the Furey ab flattener exercise he is advertising in his ab books?

Many thanks,

Best regards,

NPM.

Dunno. I'm talking about this - it's the only way I can think of to get flat abs:

LOL, yeah!

I'm just trying to have a look at this 'miracle' exercise he says he does for his stomach, I'm not buying his books as I am sure I know them already I was just wondering which exercise it is.

Anyone got a link with a picture or description of the exercise?

Many thanks.

I think it is the exercise called "internal massage" on this page:

Furey would have charged you $29.95 for that information. But in addition to that you would have gotten a bunch of talk about how he's a champion wrestler and a kung fu champion too what ever that is.

Mmm, you're right, I feel strangely depressed, can you not please write something to that effect to make me believe that this exercise will work - eg. "Friend, I am the best, a real champion amount kung fu masters, pay me just $99.99 for the chance to put on 10lbs of muscle in just 3 hours and lower yor bodyfat 300% friend!"

Thank you.

ps. cash in the post

pps. thanks a lot everyone, it is very much appreciated!

The one he is talking about is the Farmer Burns exercise.
1.Standing. Inhale deeply. Once lungs are full, pinch your butt cheeks together & exhale slowly. Contract the abs & force the air out hard but slowly. Clinch your fists & push as hard as you can. This hits all the ab muscles, including internal obliques(laterally flexes the spine) & transverse abdominus(stablizes lower back) plus these 2 muscles help "suck" in your guts & give a tighter stomach. Start out with 5 min.
The other one Furey swears by is:
The Vacuum
Bent over position with hands resting on knees.
Exhale all the air from your lungs
After exhale, rise slightly & pull stomach in toward spine.
Hold for 6 sec-inhale & do it again. 10-12 reps.

I've bought a lot of Furey's material over the last 5 years or so (although nothing over the last 2 years)...

he's way over-priced...and much of his stuff can be found elsewhere...

FOR FREE !!!

Contrary to his claims - he's an average wrestler/personal trainer type...who's all about marketing.

Check out Tony Cecchine at www.catchwrestling.com if you really want to see Catch-as-catch-can wrestling at it's best.

Well you know ole Matt Furey, none of his stuff is new, he just likes to pretend it is an ancient secret he has just found!
