Does everyone who practises kung fu which is considered shaolin practise vein tendon chi kung. Or are there people out there who practise some kind of shaolin kung fu which does not use any vein tendon chi kung sets?

In my school 1 hour of yin jin jing, 1 hour of kung fu, 1 hour of san da. Yin jin jing is great it seems so simple but its so complicated just like evreything else

it's best to practice in the morning, so I hear. Our school pretty much leaves it up to us to practice it on our own time, with bi-yearly classes to make sure everyone knows the postures.

It was suggested to me (and works well for me) to do seven postures each morning (and doing your weakest of that seven twice). Basically breaking up the 49 over seven "days". Then of course, eating breafast in a horse stance, etc.

reading what I just wrote, I hope it makes more sense to you than it does to me....**** flu medication. hopefully you can get the jist of it...I'm gonna go curl under my blanket again.
