Your only as young as you feel, and I'm feeling pretty good (knee excluded)! I'm looking forward to at least another 30 years of training, then I might slow down a little.

Well, I fought it for a while, but now I really feel it. The hill is real, and it s@cks. It hurts to get old. Train well, train smart and you can really mitigate the effects of ageing.

Thanks all. I had a great work-out on my 30th b-day, and I took off from work and hung out with my gf and relaxed. A nice and low-key b-day.
