He had the coolest voice of all the Transformers but I can't remember his name right now. Was it Sound Wave? Does anyone know if they make a program that will simulate his voice?
But did you know Star Scream on Transformers and Cobra Commander on GI Joe had the same voice actor?

soundwave, and i think his voice was just a slight manipulation of a voice of frank welker.
