Although not a practicioner of Hung Fot i know a thing or two around the neighborhood...and I find the twisting dragons form rather interesting in contrast to 10 animals form and more to my liking. any insite from hung fot students/teacherson thier open hand/ non-weapon forms is greatly appreciated -squirrel specialists excepted- though thier comments are appreciated as well.;)
