Hi all
Its funny, with class and work and all i feel i haven't been able to train as much, however, i feel in better shape than ever before. I feel its in part due to when practicing actually really trying to use visualization of what i'm doing and not just doing the drills with no real intent. Does anybody have any experiance with this? Anyone have any imput on how to better enhance this?
