Here (http://www.nutritionalsupplements.com/workgnc.html). I don't know who any of these people are and most of them are probably just repeating what people have told them, but I've never heard that it was so toxic before. At the bottom of each page there's a link to the next page.

All these people are like "yeah I used creatine and my liver went nuts etc." wtf?

Creatine is found in red meat. Creatine occurs naturally in the human body is essential to replenishing ATP resevoirs in muscles. Like anything else, if you overdo it, you can hurt yourself. Too much Vitamin C is bad for you too. Maybe they should write an article on that next...

Does the body make its own creatine? If you take large doses will production shut down like with test? I've heard both ways on this.

recently off the wire in the Rubby News Service:

B-Vitamins found to be source of many types of cancer

BILLINGS, MT (RNS) B-vitamins were recently discovered to be the source of lung cancer by armchair nutritionist Y.T. Rash.

Rash, who just ordered an honorary doctorate in food studies from Northeast Idaho Online University, said he began taking a B-vitamin supplement as recommended by his doctor, and at a follow-up visit a week later, the doctor discovered the cancer.

"Doc said i was dufishent in them b-vitermins, so wents to the sto and got me some," said Rash angrily between puffs on his Malboros. "The very next week, they discovered them cancer things in my chest."

"I figger it's radiation, cause them vitermins had me peein a funky yeller color a few hours after i took 'em. i kept peein this color that reminded me of the leakin stuff when i used ter work down at da power plant. I put two and two tergether and sure enough, I gots five."

lol! I think Rub nailed it.

Iron,

Creatine is either produced naturally by linking together various amino acids from the digestion of other foods or it is obtained as "creatine" when you consume meat or fish. Since creatine is a natural component of skeletal muscle, then eating skeletal muscle will obviously supply you with some. Since creatine is always derived from outside sources, I don't see how natural production (in the way of amino acid linking) could stop. Test is a hormone produced by glands. Creatine is obtained through food.

Perhaps there is a limit as to how much creatine your body can use, thus much of what you take comes right out the other end, but that'd be my only concern. Of course, taking a lot of anything can hurt kidneys and liver too...
