In the forms, what is the proper application of the double inward and downward chops which end in bil daos?

It seems like the most dangerous movement in the whole form. What is it's safe application?

Yaksha- a noce Indian name. Are you the yaksha of
the bot jam do?

Safe usage? Biu do is indeed a dangerous move.

With proper control- you could practice against someone with a long pole.

Requires control and footwork too.

Heh, yeah I like that - the Yaksha of Bot Jam Dao! lol

I just mean that because it is the only move in the forms where the blades face your body even for a spit instant, and I think that is very dangerous. Even though I can see that the movement can be safe somehow, it contrasts with the saftey structure of the wing chun I have learned so far. I feel that there is either an application or a subtlety that I am missing in order to be absolutely safe in performing the move. I've noticed even William Cheung seems to bend back away from the blades slightly when doing the move from the photographs I've seen.
