Yesterday was our school grand opening/new year's demo.
4 hours of demo - went really well but I haven't bruised like this in months. The one on my hand was from an arnis drill.

Did they hurt when you got them? I find that if I get a bruise it's ok, but if I get hit in that same spot again it kills.

my arms were from xiao xi shou, chuji chuen, quishou and some 2 man tan tui, and arnis with sifu. flippin sweet indeed, I got like three feet of air.

Justin & Brandon tore up the lion dance (all four times). It was a good day and an even better party afterwards.

Sounds like a good plan. The girls tell me you liked the fan form! If you come over for a weekend, you can take home both the daggers and the fan. The fan form is kind of long it will need most of the attention. I`d mention to my guys that you plan on coming over this spring, but I think the anticipation would kill them! ;)
