Can anyone tell me where I might be able to find and purchase books and or video on the Southern Dragon style (Lung Ying, Loong Ying)? If so please let me hear from you.

www.espytv.com has two tapes. The Lung Ying guys tend to be very protective of their stuff. I know of one guy who posted a list of forms and a little bit of form history on his site and had so much hassle he had to take it off after 6 weeks, and it adversely affected his standing in the Lung Ying community for a while.

bok Lei Tat in NYC has a book on Southern Dragon. Its 1/2 in english and details a form.

there are other books but all in chinese and hard to find.

As Ben Gash mentioned if you want the videos get them from Espy.tv As for book the late Chow fook wrote that book of Lung Ying Mo Kui which stands for Dragon Shape scrapping bridge.
