I find it interesting that our administration is taking this out on Syria. I view it as an excuse to do so.

It is interesting. I'll be watching closely. But I won't be watching CNN.:p

Pointing the finger at Syria is a good way to rattle their cage. I think it's kind of a ham handed hit for a direct Syrian op. I think they farmed it out to one of the AA teams and they went over board with the Dyn-O-mite!

But if Debka (http://www.debka.com/article.php?aid=983) is right about Hariri, Jumblatt and Archbishop Sfeir, wanting Beirut to make peace with Israel then I'd go with Jihadis.

I'll look at them for the news story....but not the editorials.

And of course, cross reference :D

Who Aljezeera? Ya totally. But I just noticed CNN showing the same satellite photo of a nuclear power plant. Only one was in a report on Iran and the other a report on Korea. I have to wonder about their middle east adgenda.

I don't think they really have an agenda, really. Not in the way that say, Faux news does. I think they are pressured to be the first out there. You're looking at the impact of the need for speed. One nuke plant looks very much like another :D

I should clarify. I do read the editorials, but not because I often find them valuable except as indicators.

I like biased news with an agenda, helps to triagulate the truff. The biased news orgs will always point out what's wrong with the other. the trick is filtering out the spin. CNN is a sad shadow of what it once was. That's what you get for trying to suck up to every tin pot dictator for an interview. MSNBC is just floundering. And Fox is what it is, but I do like Brit Hume.

Floundering is a good term for a network that sees fit to pick up Tucker Carlson.:D

Interesting that Syria and Iran locked arms right away against any acts of aggression towards either country.
