No.

(Actually, just 9 10 would have done it!) ;)

I did. I don't have any of Pavel's other books. It was very good.

Do you recommend it?

Absolutely. It is understated compared to the hoopla on Dragondoor about it, but I think you'd be hard put not to find 6-7 techniques or ideas you will apply in your training at some point. There are complete photo sequences of the Barbell back squat and Barbell bench press. The neck roll and hanging stretches were two other memorable sets of photos.

There is a bit of cheesiness in some of the articles, as is to be expected. The idea is that the book is for bodybuilders to turn them into "power bodybuilders" , but that of course is a marketing gimmick. I enjoyed it. It is not a "workbook" as was claimed. Supposedly the thing is spiral bound so that you can take it to the gym more easily. It is a set of articles about specific topics, broken up into broad catagories. These are legs, arms, back, power training, bodyweight training, neck training, and maybe a couple others.
