Is anyone familiar with a style of Vietnamese Kung Fu called Thanh Long Mon (Blue Dragon Sect)? It was founded by Nguyen Hue who later became the king of Vietnam. This is the style I train in, but I'm relatively new and haven't learned much of the history yet. From what I understand, the style is known for its extremely low stances. There are only two schools as far as I know: Thay Nam's class in Houston, Texas and Thay Lau's class in St Petersburg, Florida.

Has anyone had any experience with this style?
