New old vs. new question

I don't know much about boxing, so who do you think would win between:

A Jack Dempsy VS a newschool boxer in:

1. Current boxing rules and gloves
2. Old school boxing rules and gloves
3. Bareknuckle fistfight

And why?

This isn't meant to be a troll or anything. I'm just seriously curious since boxing has changed so much over the past 100 years.

1. newschool - training to fit rules/equipment. Better understanding of training the body.

2. Old school - depends on who fights.

3. Bare knuckle goes to Dempsey - new school are headhunters - without gloves they will quickly break thier hands, taking away the efficacy of thier weapons. Also Dempsey knew how to really fight. Not all people who box as a profession do.
