View Full Version : Why most people weigh trains and little else

A premise: I think weighing trains is an integral and very important part of any martial fitness program, and I have been doing a split routine 3-4 times per week since I was in my late teens, and I can do 15000000 to 200000000 times my bodyweight in all major weighing stations.

Weighing trains can be fun, and it is an integral part of any railroad worker's duties, but people need to learn to do other things as well.

But why only weighing trains? Why don't people also weigh cars, or boats, or motorcycles? It's because they don't like cardio and they want to look good.

Agreed. Plus, anyone who dosen't weigh trains is just plain lazy. You're all a bunch of lazy f@cks if you aren't weighing trains.

I weigh trains too, just like Ironfist, so I am cool like him, not lazy like you.

Oh, and just in case you were wondering, I've been weighing trains for twenty years, so I know what I'm talking about. I mean, how many thirty year olds do you know who've been weighing trains as long as me?

My progress stopped when I was twenty six though, so now I'm just maintaining my weighing trains skillz and doing other things so I can focus on my total fisting levels.

One time I took a car to the weighing station, and I weighed it, but it wasn't nearly as cool as weighing trains. That's why I only weigh trains now.

Yeah, well some people are more in to the whole cardio-fisting thing. If you aren't working on your cardio-fistness in addition to weighing trains, you're only in it for the looks. You should see all the looks I get when I'm cardio-fisting and weighing trains at the same time. If you don't do it, you must be lazy. Fisting is awesome!

Ok, I'm sure I woke up this morning, got out of bed and started my day. I don't think I stayed asleep and dreamt I have been awake all day...Right?

Dude, I bench press 400pounds in each hand WHILE I'm running marathons 5x a week.

Don't you? :D

I'd run out of vasaline every 9 days if I did that.

And on my off-days I do about 12 sets of 12-24oz curls. Reps may vary.

This thread is a prime example of why combining alcohol with public forum postings is generally not a good idea.
