Kung Fu in Salt Lake City, UT

I'm spending a few days in Salt Lake at the end of this month. I was wondering if you all could recommend any good kung fu schools there to check out while I'm in town? I don't recall any forum members here being from Utah, but I'd love to check out a school or two while I'm there.
