Could anyone tell me about Dachengdao? I hear it is an internal marital art, good for health. Is it very martial? How would it compare to the other internal martial arts? Interms of training, style, techniques, fighting?

DaChengDao is a named used by Master Wang Renang for the martial art he teaches. It is a variation on the name DaChengQuan taught by his teacher, Wang Xuan Jie. The art is also known by the more common name of YiQuan.

Master Wang Renang has a forum on Yahoo, where you could ask him as many questions as you'd like. He is very friendly and informative:

For information on YiQuan (to use the more common name) in general, here are some links:

i-chuan.net (lots of great articles by Master Fong)

Some very good forums where a lot of information could be gleaned:

My own contribution is an introduction to YiQuan:

I hope this helps.

Wang Renang is very well regarded.
