There will be a new school opening up in San Antonio. We are just starting the program and looking for prospective students. Hit me up if you're interested in any/all of the classes.

Cardio Kick Boxing
Cardio Kick Boxing is a great exercise routine that combines calisthenics,
cardiovascular work, bodyweight exercises and impact pad work to both lose
weight and tone the body at the same time. We provide an intense workout
in a low key fun environment. Suitable for both men and women, Cardio Kick
Boxing may be the quickest way to get in shape and develop the body you
want while learning proper punching and kicking technique. This is a
non-sparring program designed for fitness and technique development.

Shuai Chiao
Shuai Chiao is a Chinese standing grappling system with 2000 year old
roots. The system focuses on quick, devastating throws and takedowns
designed to incapacitate the opponent at impact. The program offers both
jacketed and non-jacketed training with an emphasis on both sport and self
defense. Shuai Chiao is a complete system in itself and easily combinable
with other arts such as Boxing, Muay Thai, and Brazillian Jujutsu.

San Shou
San Shou (Chinese Kickboxing) combines Boxing Handwork, Muay Thai Kicking
Technique, and Shuai Chiao throwing into a unique system. The emphasis is
on clinchwork and throwing skills. San Shou is an excellent system for
both sport and self defense and serves as an excellent stand up base for
Mixed Martial Arts training.

We're working on a gym close to downtown. We're probably going to get 3 nights a week. We also have about 6-8 ladies for the kickboxing class. Maybe 1 or 2 guys for the fighting classes.

6-8 ladies? Outstanding.

We can clear out my garage and throw some mats down for the meantime if we want to fit in some extra days of SC and SS. And the ladies can all know where I live...which could be good or bad. :)

Thanks. Actualy I probably will play some techno during the workouts, as well as house, reggaton, salsa, freestyle, and hip hop.

Are you gonna have a separate program for anyone who wants to compete, or will the classes be designed to have all students in close to competition shape?

Water Dragon

Well , the class itself is designed to get everyone inot 'near competition shape' as far as cardio, tone and endurance go.

I'll probably do the same as Miguel. Start everyone in the basic class, and then seperate it into two groups depending on where you're at physically and what you want.

WD -- at the bare minimum, i'll be down for ****s and giggles from time to time. and i'll bring an extra t-shirt in case your workout is a bit too much for you to stomach. :p

feel free to give my digits to EW or others like him in case they come up to houston and need someone to train with. also let me know when you're kicking things off. if i can make it, i'd like to.
