Hello, I was wondering, what is the style of Hao Tai Chi Mei Hua Mantis Fist (northern praying mantis), consist of? Is it a lot of joint locks, low kicks, punches, etc...? What would a typical class be like (especially for a beginner)? Are there a lot of forms? Is it very applicable in a self defence situation? What about the style makes it different from other martial arts (seems like every style has some concept that others dont, like wing chung's center line theory, or Tai Chi's Silk Reeling, etc....)? Any other info that I should know? Thank you.
