i was wondering how i could attach an avatar to my name? this may be a silly question but i can't seem to find any way to do it. the only option i have is using a pre-selected avatar. how do i customize it? thanks...

should be under user cp and edit avatars, but im not seeing anything about how to change mine from current either.

there should be a place where you can put in a url of a place you uploaded your avatar to. there also used to be a way to upload it to kfo from your puter, but i never go it to work right and just used my ftp.

how can i use my windows xp paint program to reduce the size of my picture I would like to have as my avatar?

Go in to IMAGES then to Attributes in the control panel and change the length and width to 50x 50 pixels

Ok i did that, but it only shows the top left part of the pic now, how do I get the whole pic to be small?

yeah, i have the same question. i was able to attach the avatar but it only shows the upper left portion when i do the 50 x 50 reduction. how does one reduce the entire image to 50 x50? thanks, again, technical wizards...

Yeah really. That is the only program which allowed me to alter my front facial profile so it looks better in the picture than in real life.

The only computer/internet axcess I have is at work. So I dont plan on buying any programs for my company.

If anyone can help me, this is what I want for my avatar. If not. oh well.

free and for all intents and purposes just as good as photoshop.

there is opensource software that will rockzors your soxors. :)

also, for quick resizes and stuff, get www.irfanview.com also free and handy dandy.

These are for the guys who don't wanna shell out the G-note for photoshop.
