"chap choy" from the 1-16 books

hi all ,
i wonder who can help me here?.
WHF'S chap choy book from the 1-16 books.
i am told it has a list of set's [forms] in ?.
could anyone please let me know what set's they are and do they break them down into movements .

The book has the genealogy of Northern Mantis Boxing: it list the names and movements of 38 forms , empty hand and weapons.. I don't have the translations(sorry).

The Chaap Choy book contains the list of most of the forms practiced by the WHF clan. The moves are broken down into the kuen po, but if I have to tell you that, the kuen po will do you no good. You must know the names of the techniques used in the style for it to help. It is not always so simple to understand. Certainly not enough to learn the entire sets from. But if you know what he moves are the kuen po can be a valuable asset. The book by Lam Wing Kit (SanDong TongLong) uses a lot of the same kuen po but the directional turns are expressed clearly. Here are the hands sets just for reference. There are other forms than those listed in the book that are taught from Wong Hon Fun as well.

The rest are weapons sets. Staff, dahn dao, seung dao, Dai dao etc.

Thank you Shifu Albright for putting the forms up. I am going to try and get the kuen po's translated, there are less than a hand full of the forms that I do not have.

These were all books at one point so you can check for them when they pop up now and again. Also since many of the same techniques are used throughout the books, you can use some books to help translate the kuen po in Chaap Choy. The Fei Ngan Jeung book has the principles explored a bit.
