cheung bo and his knife technique

In "Yuen Kay San Wing Chun Kuen," it is written that Cheung Bo practiced Wing Chun in a "san-sik" format. I was wondering if he practiced yee jee seung do in that way also- perhaps a number of techniques practiced separately instead of linked into sets. How about his staff technique?

If anyone knows, I would really appreciate an answer.
