Suggestion for learning Shao Lin Gong Fu

The shaolin gongfu emphasize powering your body & strengthening your muscle. You must practise carerfully and step by step, never hurry, then you can be achieved.
There’s Five-Must-Do during your practice gongfu.
1. Steady, to keep cool;
2. Down-to-earth;
3. Concentrate on your work
4. Moderate sex life;
5. Cherish your reputation.

Ten Must-Not-Do (Ten Commandment)
1. Lazybones
2. Self-conceited
3. Haste or rash
4. Immoderacy or excess
5. Debauchery
6. Madcap
7. Gossip
8. Cheat
9. Despise master
10. Bully
Ten harmful thing: (then not-do, other wise parts of your body will be hurted)
1. Debauchery will hurt your energy;
2. Rage against your Qi (breath)
3. Thoughtfulness against spirit
4. Worry against heart
5. Wine against blood
6. Lazy against tendon or muscle
7. Haste against bone
8. Smoking against lung
9. Hot food against stomach
10. Drink too-much water against spleen
Take care of the above (five-must-do, Ten-commandment & Ten-harmful thing) during your practicing gongfu.
There are different stage of learning gongfu, fist stage practise your skin mainly, the second stage for your muscle and bone, after you strengthen your skin, muscle and bone, then the third stage for all parts of your body, practise until your whole body full of energy / power, finally you may learn Qi (breath). When you achieved the basic gongfu, then you can learn any gongfu more easily.
