Ive start throwing sharpened coins, spikes, knives. Sharpened coins and throwing weapons seem to be kinda of a lost iart in Kung Fu. I also started the chi kung to help generate the ging for throwing using then wrist.
Anyone practise this?

Check out our May June 2005 issue (http://ezine.kungfumagazine.com/magazine/article.php?article=590) for an article by Chen Xinghua: To Throw a Needle Through Glass. It shows needle throwing exercises and qigong. That issue is currently on the newsstands, but be watchful - sometimes our Shaolin Specials get catagorized in the Tai Chi New Age section instead of the regular martial arts section.
although i usually play the normal way, throwing darts as projectile weapons can be fun within the confines of your basment.
