Throwing Weapons

Ive start throwing sharpened coins, spikes, knives. Sharpened coins and throwing weapons seem to be kinda of a lost iart in Kung Fu. I also started the chi kung to help generate the ging for throwing using then wrist.

Anyone practise this?

It shows needle throwing exercises and qigong. That issue is currently on the newsstands, but be watchful - sometimes our Shaolin Specials get catagorized in the Tai Chi New Age section instead of the regular martial arts section.

although i usually play the normal way, throwing darts as projectile weapons can be fun within the confines of your basment.

Darts are a good start and great for a keen eye and hand co-ordation.
