Hey guys,
for a moment today i was thinking
so tired of trying to look good
so tired of being judged by looks
i want something thats real to everyone
and pain is a real thing
should i lift weights (look good) or should i find power in pain (training)
i want to fight myself
i will be training, despite the belief that will hurt a lot
just wanted to say it,
no more time to write, got a frigin test tomorrow
Goal setting is going to be the most important part of the process.
Here's a little food for thought as it were: if you train for performance (martial or otherwise) you'll probably notice a nice improvement in your aesthetics.

sleep deprivatin can be so enlightening sometimes
maybe i look for ways to deconstruct myself
man, i will be drunk tonight, drunk tomorrow night
and be at a congress outa town next week
on the other week i look for teh training
i shouldnt call it training
there oughta be a better name
oh btw, tonight is costum party
I will "put on my robe and wizard hat" (http://www.adamchance.com/funny.htm)...
seriously
but its not really wizard, its a black mage's hat and robe
Those transcripts cracks me up _every_ time. "Rhinoceruses don't play games." Nice one Xebs.

That's why some traditional histroy wouldn't hurt. Once you read about how shaolin deciples train, it will give you the motivation to work through your training program.
