I'm new in martial arts(Kung Fu). It will be a year, in a week or so.
What's my problem is, lately i found myself exhausted after my workout. I feel like i dont eat properly.
I dont use stuff like "whey" etc. I suppose i am a little superstitious about those products. I want to do it naturally. But i wonder that way would i be able to build muscle, strength and endurance required for MA.
I am medium built, not a mascular type. I got fat around ab area. Looks like when i gain weight all goes straight to my belly. I've been working on abs but there isnt much loss of fat.
So, what do you suggest?
PS: Since English is not my native language, there are probably mistakes. Just ignore them.
