I'm new in martial arts(Kung Fu). It will be a year, in a week or so.
What's my problem is, lately i found myself exhausted after my workout. I feel like i dont eat properly.
I dont use stuff like "whey" etc. I suppose i am a little superstitious about those products. I want to do it naturally. But i wonder that way would i be able to build muscle, strength and endurance required for MA.
I am medium built, not a mascular type. I got fat around ab area. Looks like when i gain weight all goes straight to my belly. I've been working on abs but there isnt much loss of fat.
So, what do you suggest?

PS: Since English is not my native language, there are probably mistakes. Just ignore them.

There's no need to be superstitious of whey. I'm pretty sure whey is just the left overs that gets separated from the curd in making cheese. It also happens to be very high in protein and also has one of the highest biological values (B.V.) which means it gets absorbed quickly and easily. Whey's a convenient way of topping up your protein intake without any unnecessary fats or sugars so it's something you can feel free to consider without any worries.

Differen't studies suggest different amounts of recommended protein intakes but for someone that trains on a regular basis and is trying to increase lean muscle mass, I'd say to aim for around 1.5g of protein per 1kg of bodyweight to start with.

With regards to fat loss around the abs - you can't spot reduce so you'll have to burn off some extra calories. You can do this through packing on some extra muscle and/or upping your cardio, and watching your diet.

- Eat several smaller meals instead of 3 (or less) big ones.
- Make sure your diet is good.
- Do HIIT (http://www.trainforstrength.com/Endurance1.shtml).
