The School History
The School was founded in 1970 by Master Frederick V.K. Dhiman 8th Rank.

Master Dhiman has been training in Shaolin Kung Fu since the age of 7. He was taught by Grand Master Chun Seh until his death in 1977 . Chun Seh Dau is taught in honour of Chun Seh's "Way". Frederick achieved the Rank of Master at the Shaolin Temple aged 16 and has since progressed to Master 8th Rank. He opened his first school in 1970 and has taught continuously at various locations since then.

Chun Seh Dau is true to it's traditional Shaolin roots and encompasses many different styles and aspects of the Shaolin Kung including the healing arts and meditation. Both Northern and Southern Shaolin styles are taught.

The School and the Master's history is well known by Disciples and students; some of whom have been training with the Master for over twenty years but at no point has the Master authorised the writing or publication of any material regarding the Master or the Kwoon, other than basic information such as that detailed on this website. In the history of Shaolin prospective students seek the Master and hope to be worthy enough to be taught, it is often said that the best learning is done by knowing when to observe and accept and when to question.

For all things in life are but a gift, we may accept them or reject them, as is the choice made of free will.

Hence, the Master rejects all offers of any biographies being written about himself.
