Rap/Hip-Hop Question

Heey, I was just wondering since there seem to be a lot of Hip-Hop heads on this forum... does anybody know who sings this track? It goes:

I'm into techno myself, but am trying to get hold of this track so I can sample and mix it and whatnot.
