Muscle Stimulator

Hey. I want to start experimenting with electrodes. The thing is, I dont really know what I need as far as stimulating muscles for performance purposes.

If anyone has any experience with this please share.

It's great for losing weight if you just want to strap it on and sit on the couch with a bag of potato chips and watch television.

Well, I dont watch T.V. and I dont need to lose weight. I was more thinking of getting a little edge while I am at work. I cant actually work out at my job, but if I could get a little something at least, I would be better off than nothing.

Its like nothing or something so I figure Ill go with something.

You see, I chose to go with the sit at a desk kind of job so I dont ruin my body working, I would rather, if Im to hurt myself, for it to be kung fu related.

So while I sit here and stare at my computer screen, talk on the phone, and type misc. bull. I figure I could be doing some electro pushups and sit ups.

Heck I could put those little b@stards on my face and get younger too!

well maybe not that but...you get my point right?
