T'ai Chi or other martial arts classes in Tainan, Taiwan

Hello - I am trying to find martial arts teachers in the Tainan area of Taiwan. Does anyone know of folks I can contact?

I am a teacher of Mantis in Tainan.
There is Chen Taiji, Zhen Taiji, other Mantis, Xing Yi(harder to find).
White crane etc.
Go to parks early in the morning and every park has a master or his student teaching there.
