unfortunately the angle of the video creates doubts

but i have big reasons to believe that the holder's back foot was HIGHLY UNBALANCED
just have a look you guys

on the note of kicking, i used to dislocate the dudes that held pads for me both on punches and kicks... maybe 1m, or 1m and half, i dont know for sure. But these guys were always holding great balance and stance.

here's how you do it!

1.Get a guy who weighs about 100 to 140 lbs.
2.Have him stand in a double weighted front facing stance.
3. Using a driving front kick with as much force in ya as your 170lb+ frame can muster.

result: the little guy with the incorrect stance for absorption will appear to fly backward!

amaze your friends and only slightly hurt one of them! :D
