Have any of you peeps got any shaolin kung fu training methods up your sleeves? If you do could you post them up? The reason i ask is because im putting together a strength program (mainly bruce lee methods) and i wanted to know some shaolin methods to add to it if possible...? I only have one ''old skool' method of tiger claw training, found here : http://www.wongkk.com/shaolin/tiger-crane04.html,,, so any more i would be grateful, cheers, the hza.

wutymes, thanks! I tried to summarize everything in one easy-to-read piece ... english is my second language so at times might read a bit "odd", but I'm glad you enjoyed the info :)

there's docos on discovery channel on how shaolins train. it's a bit like 36 chambers of shaolin. probably based on facts.
