We just got our copy of Yujian Shaolin in this week. For more, see their website at zeenji.com (http://www.zeenji.com/). We covered the release of this book in Taiwan in our March April 2005 issue (http://ezine.kungfumagazine.com/magazine/article.php?article=578). It's a very odd book. Big. Beautiful. Part Shaolin, part Taiwan tourist book, mostly hard to describe. The front page was a sheet of calligraphy with the character for Zen and chopped by the seven abbots of Henan, dedicated to Gigi (our Publisher). It's got to be the trippiest Shaolin book I've seen so far, except maybe the 1500 Shaolin anniversary root carving book I have in my personal collection. Still waiting on the English edition...
