Nice clips Mo! I remember describing an application for Single whip that looked quite similar to the first take-down you presented. The only difference was that I would apply the take-down with my left arm under the attackers arm, thrusting my shoulder under and into his armpit. Your clip is a bit smoother then my application, hardly la-la!
