How some of you can help me with a couple of questions that I probably should know the answer to.

1) What is a "dragon's fist" and how is it formed?
2) Is it the same as the "dragon's claw"?
3) How is it executed?

Thanks for any help.

I believe it is a fist with the middle knuckle of the middle finger extended, kind of like a "phoenix eye fist."

It is used for pressure point striking.

The "dragon claw" is kind of like the shape of a tiger claw hand formation but the movements are more spirally/twisty and the dragon techniques aren't as much about force as the tiger....they are more about finesse.

Tiger is easier to understand. It is about agility, power and strength. Things that are more quantifiable.

The dragon is more advanced. It uses "spirit" (whatever that means) to overcome brute strength. Its more subtle and so more advanced.
