Does all southern Mantis have Qi na or is it just Chow Gar Southern Mantis ? I think Chu Gar has it but i dont know if it has as much as Chow Gar .I have not seen any in Jook Lum or Iron Ox Southern Mantis .Sifu Paul Whitrods Chow Gar has alot of Qi Na in it his video tapes are great .
