Can anyone please explain why it is called Sap Baat Mor Kiu?

Hello, I'm not sure what the reference is, but:

This translates to : 18 Touching Bridges

It is a technique that we use in Bok Mei (white eyebrow style)

It is also the name of a form in the same style.
