Does anybody know where I can get a DVD of the Gung Gee Fook Fu Kuen Hung Gar form?

I have recently been in Italy training with a Chin Woo and Hung Gar school, learnt the form through daily practice, but since I have been back, my memory has eradicated the last half of the hung gar form! We are due to have the Italian students over this year, and I don't want to let them down!!

Any suggestions where there may be a DVD? I have tried numerous sites, but it's either VHS or in part of a $200 box set.

Thanks.

this form is performed differently from school to school in sequence and expression.

Not knowing which lineage your GGFFK came from, it is hard to reccomend a tape that would be closest to what it is you have learned.

there are most certainly a few choices though for a vid of this set.

www.espytv.com has a disc by Frank Yee
I think Donald Hamby offers it on DVD as well.
Kung Lek's advice holds true though, although if you learned it from a Chin Woo group I'd imagine Hamby's is pretty close.
