Just a quick announcement:
Sifu Michael Parrella (http://www.nykungfu.com/school/instructors.asp), Disciple of the late Grandmaster Chan Tai-San (http://www.nykungfu.com/school/GrandmasterChanTai-San.asp), will be hosting a Lama Pai Kung-Fu Seminar in New York.
The seminar is on November 20th, 2005 at 11:00-5:00. The seminar will cover the Sahp Jih Kuyhnn, or Cross Pattern Form and is one the first Lama Pai Sets taught. The entire form, along with applications will be covered in this one-day event.
